Horizon Healthcare at Daytona's facility uses a customer service program called the Guardian Angel Program. The goal is to ensure that our patients are cared for in a clean, compassionate, comfortable environment and have a memorable experience while residing with us. The Guardian Angel Program connects a special staff member, other than their normal care givers, with each patient to provide extra attention and support. Each Guardian Angel visits their patients daily and is available to provide assistance with all aspects of the stay, from answering questions about care and services to providing the time for friendly conversation. A note placed in each patient's room identifies their Guardian Angel. Please share any concerns or questions regarding your stay with your Guardian Angel. You can be assured your concerns or questions will receive the appropriate attention.
